Michael Milgraum, Esq., Ph.D.

Michael M. Milgraum, Esq., Ph.D. (Arnold Office), is both a licensed psychologist (Maryland and Virginia) and an attorney (Maryland and D.C.). He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology/Behavioral Medicine at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and his law degree from the University of Virginia.

Dr. Milgraum has worked in a variety of settings, including special education schools, residential treatment centers, outpatient assessment and treatment centers, hospitals, a domestic violence center and The Medical Office of the Baltimore City Circuit Court. He provides services to children, adults and families. These services include divorce mediation, psychoeducational evaluations, psychotherapy (individual, couple, family and group), parent consultation, forensic assessments, stress management and biofeedback.

Dr. Milgraum draws on both behavioral- and insight-based approaches, as needed, to facilitate change. He is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution and has received advanced training in mediation.
