Clinician Biography

Our offices usually remain open during periods of inclement weather; however, individual clinicians may elect to cancel their scheduled appointments. If you have an appointment during a period of inclement weather, please check your clinician's voicemail greeting for his or her availibility. You may also ring through to our staff, but please be aware that we may be short-staffed and experiencing high call volumes during weather emergencies. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly. Thank You!

Brian Konik, Ph.D.

(Annapolis Office)

Brian S. Konik, Ph.D. (Annapolis and Arnold Offices) is a psychology associate working under the supervision of Dr. Smith. He received his doctorate in clinical psychology from The University of Vermont. He completed an internship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

Dr. Konik specializes in behavior analysis and behavior therapy. Dr. Konik’s practice includes children, adolescents and adults with varying issues. He has specialized training in the areas of developmental disabilities, pediatric behavioral health, anxiety disorders, and general behavioral disorders in children. He also has a background in sports psychology, and is a varsity basketball coach at St. Mary's High School.
